Meet the Doula
My name is Daria, I am a 25 year old first time mom of the sweetest little boy, with an out-of-control book collection, an aspiring cook, avid fitness enthusiast, and lover for all things birth. I grew up on a farm where birth and new life was a frequent experience. As I was getting older and trying to decide what I was going to do with my life, I discovered birth doulas. From the moment I heard about it, I was hooked. I have always had a passion for women’s health and empowerment, becoming a birth doula has helped to ignite that into something beautiful.
My goal is to pair my education, experience, and empathy to create a personalized experienced for each and every woman. With an innovative approach, my goal is to create personalized birth plans that aligns with your unique vision for your birth. These birth plans will be complemented by expert physical and emotional support throughout your labor journey. My goal is not only to empower women with knowledge but to enhance their birthing experience by tailoring every aspect to each individual’s needs. Birth is a unique and sacred process which needs to be upheld for all generations.
As a woman, and now as a mother, I want to empower other women to reach into their own divine selves and their being in order to bring forth the power of the women before them and have their babies in a safe and sacred space. My hope is to leave each woman feeling confident in themselves and their ability to birth in any manner that is safe and comfortable for them. I believe in you and your power.
